Delivery and Orders

Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, we deliver only within the United Kingdom (UK). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How much do you charge for delivery?
We offer free delivery on every order within the UK.

How long does shipping take for my order?
Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days and typically take an additional 2 to 4 business days to arrive. This results in a total delivery time of 3 to 7 business days.

How do I track my order?
You can track the progress of your order using our dedicated 'Track Your Order' page.

What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package is significantly delayed, missing, or you suspect it might be lost, please inform us immediately. Our support team will help you resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Can I modify my shipping address after placing an an order?
You can modify the shipping address if your order has not been shipped yet. Please notify us immediately to allow us to make the necessary changes.

If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. If it has not been processed yet, we can cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Payments and Returns

How do I pay?
We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and PayPal.

Can I return my purchase?
Yes, we accept returns after checking the appropriateness of the product based on our Return and Refund Policy.

Do you accept returns for non-defective products?
Yes, we do provide returns for both non-defective and defective products, as long as they meet the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

Can I return used items?
No, we do not provide returns on items that have been used. We can only process returns for unopened, unused items still packed in their original packaging.

How long do I have to initiate my return?
We operate a 14-day returns period, within which our customers can request to return an item. In case of approval, the refund is made once the item has been received and inspected.

What if I've received a damaged or incorrect item?
We sincerely apologize if you receive a defective or incorrect item. Please let us know right away, and we will send you an exchange or issue a full refund.

Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges can be accomplished, but only if the item meets the qualifications for exchanges (e.g., swapping for a different size if the item is unused).

How long will it take to refund my money?
Once we have received and processed the returned item, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
